Mocktails are those drinks that do not contain any alcohol and are also called “Virgin Cocktails”. The word ‘mock’ implies a façade of the alcoholic cocktail without any of the alcoholic content. Described as a smooth blend of only non-alcoholic drinks are mocktails, which could be fresh fruit juices, syrups, cream, herbs, and spices.
I always used to have these mocktails at bars but never thought of making these drinks at home. And I think We all love to have mocktails as they are chilled and have some amazing flavours in it like mint, strawberry, etc. and we usually have these virgin cocktails at weddings or a party or a bistro, right? But have you ever thought to make the mocktails at home? I think after reading this full article you are gonna surely make a cocktail for yourself!
We always don’t get the proper ingredients of the cocktail or we don’t know how to make as they have some special techniques that need to be followed but today the mocktail which I am going to show you all is really easy and the ingredients are also available in any of the supermarkets. and even if the guests visit anytime at our place suddenly, we can quickly serve them these mocktails as the welcome drinks. So let’s start making our quick, delightful cocktail. And the name of the drink is SPARKLING BERRY AND POMEGRANATE MOCKTAIL!
This mocktail is garnished with festive thyme! It doesn’t take much for me to get derailed, so I need a plan. A batch of sparkling berry and pomegranate mocktails is a great choice to keep a balance with all.
Pomegranate juice, your favourite brand of berry sparkling water, with fresh cranberries and fresh thyme for garnish and taste.

There’s no sweetener in this pomegranate mocktail recipe, so if you are on whole 30 or watching your sugar, this drink is perfect for you! If you would like a little sweet, feel free to stir in a drizzle of honey.
INGREDIENTS:
6 litres of sparkling berry water, chilled
120 ml of pomegranate juice
Cranberries, to garnish
Fresh thyme, to garnish
METHOD:
To a highball glass, add 1500 ml of sparkling water, 30 ml of pomegranate juice, and 2-3 cranberries.
Top it with 1-2 thyme leaves for garnish and serve.
Will make four mocktails. Enjoy!
Note: there are loads of sugar-free, zero-calorie sparkling water brands that offer a berry flavour. If you can’t find berry, other options would work for this mocktail recipe include cranberry, pomegranate, or even blood orange or orange.
