I love biscuits even if it is purchased from outside or made at home. Biscuits are my all-time favourite. I love salted biscuits and it’s yummy when consumed with tea or coffee.
Especially it is amazing in the mornings if you are to go somewhere early morning or if you have to depart to office hastily, just prepare tea and serve your biscuits dipping it in the tea as it melts in your mouth. Oh, my mouth is watering. So I’m up here with a special snack that is biscuits.
By the way, I would tell you that biscuits are wholesome and possess the calories equivalent to your whole day meal. Whereas I can say it is good at some point and also not at some point.
Cinnamon is a spice attained from the internal shell of numerous trees with lineage from the genus Cinnamomum. Cinnamon is utilized primarily as a fragrant seasoning and flavouring additive in a wide mixture of cookeries, confection and savoury dishes, breakfast grains, snack diets, tea and conventional diets.
There are tons of recipes for cinnamon such as dessert, biscuits, roll, cream, pancake and many more.
So today’s recipe is lovely and delicious and I bet you all would love it. So let’s get to the recipe components.

Ingredients are:

• Half of cup sugar
• Half teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 250ml refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, separated into 10 biscuits
• One fourth cup butter, melted
• Ten teaspoons strawberry preserves

Direction to be followed :

• Take a small bowl, blend sugar and cinnamon. Blend top and sides of biscuits in butter and then in cinnamon sugar.
• Spot on ungreased baking papers. With the end of a wooden ladle handle, make a deep cut in the centre of each biscuit; fill with one teaspoon of preserves.
• Bake at 375° for fifteen to eighteen minutes or until blond brown. Refrigerate for fifteen minutes before serving.
Best serve hot.
