Layered PUDDING cake
First Layer – Caramel
Ingredients (cup measurement 1 cup = 240 gm)
- Sugar 120 gm ( 1/2 cup)
Method of cooking
- Heat a pan. Add the sugar.
- Achieve a dark brown colour.
- Pour it into the mould.
Second Layer – Pudding
Ingredients
- Egg 2 nos
- Milk 240 ml (1 cup)
- Sugar 100 gm (1/2 cup)
Method of cooking
- Add all the ingredients in a mixie jar.
- Mix it for at least 30 seconds.
- Pour it over the caramel.
Third Layer – Cake
Ingredients
- Egg 1
- Sugar 120 gm (1/2 cup)
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Maida 120 gm (1/2 cup)
- Cocoa powder 2 tsp
- Milk 2 tsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Method of cooking
- Add egg vanilla extract and sugar and mix well until creamy.
- Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Pour it over the previous mixture.
- Heat a steamer.
- Cook it for 10 minutes.
- Refrigerate it to room temperature.
- Demould it and serve cold.
