Healthy Nellikka Chammanthi /Healthy Gooseberry Chutney
This is a very tasty and healthy recipe which tastes best with hot rice. It is made with very few ingredients in Kerala style.
Ingredients
Boiled gooseberries – 4 to 5
Shallots – 5 to 6
Garlic – 1 or 2
Birds eye chilly – 8 to 10 / Green chilly – 1 or 2
Coconut oil – 1 to 2 tbspn
Salt to taste
