Hey fellas how are you’ll? I’m wishing you will be safe and sound as always. So today I’m here to narrate a very simple and delicious recipe. It makes my mouth water. It’s a nutritious feast to serve for guests or even at home occasionally. We call it “Bottle Gourd fritters curry” (a dish made up of bottle gourd) the name itself is proof of its deliciousness and aroma. As you all know Bottle Gourd is full of nutrients. A bottle gourd is so useful and in many ways. The recipe is a bit lengthy but if we want something delicious then we have to work also.

Now let’s commence talking about its ingredients :

For fritters(कोफ्ता)

• Properly washed and peeled two medium sizes of bowl grated bottle gourd.
• Black pepper and Cumin seed powder half tablespoon.
• Garlic, Ginger and chillies paste – (ground it together)four tablespoons
• Maggie masala two packets
• Vegetable spices
• Ground spices
• Turmeric powder one full tablespoon
• Salt to your taste
• Gram flour one full medium size bowl
• Refined oil one bowl to deep fry the fritters
• Mustered oil 4 tablespoons.

For gravies:

• Two ground onions
• Two ground tomatoes
• One cup of water
• Two cubes of Butter
• Coriander leaves for garnishing.

Now let’s see how to make the fritters:

• Take a vessel, put two bowls of grated gourd, gram flour one bowl, salt to your tastes, turmeric powder half tablespoon, ginger, garlic and chillies paste two tablespoons spoons, vegetable spices half tablespoon, ground spices half tablespoons, black pepper and cumin seed powder a bit and Maggie masala one packet.
• After adding this stuff let’s mix it finely.
• Don’t add additional water to it. Grated gourd already contains water within it.
• After mixing it well, heat a wok and add refined oil to it.
• Let it get hot.
• After the oil gets medium hot, make small balls of the stuff we have made to make fritters and put it slowly to the wok.
• Continue making balls and put them into the wok and deep fry them.
• We have to make this fritter with the whole stuff.
• After making fritters keep them aside in a vessel.

Now let’s come to the gravy part:

• Take a vessel or a wok and heat it.
• After it gets heated add two tablespoons of mustard oil into it.
• Add ginger, garlic and chillies paste and allow it to turn golden.
• Now add ground onion into it and salt to your taste also add the turmeric powder.
• In the next step mix it well and later cook it for 5-6 minutes.
• After it, add ground tomatoes and add all the spices including vegetable spices, ground spices, black pepper and cumin powder and Maggie masala one packet
• Mix it well and let it cook.
• After then add one cup of water, mix it and put the fritters we have made just before into it.
• You should now mix it well cooking it for ten minutes.
• After ten minutes it is ready to serve. You can now garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves before you serve.

We can have this feast with poori, parathas, roti, rice anything.
