• Two 1/4 tsp. cider vinegar
• Three tbsp. unsulphured molasses
• One 1/2 tsp. genuine vanilla extract
• Half c. unsweetened applesauce

For frosting :

• Three c. apple cider
• One lb. vegan butter
• One lb. confectioners’ sugar, sifted

Procedure :
• Ready the cake: Heat oven to 350℉. Lightly dress three eight-inch cake pans with non-stick cookery drizzle. Cover the pans with parchment; spray parchment.
• In a big container, integrate almond flour, potato starch, corn starch, ground sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, allspice, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
