Roughly chopped tomatoes 2 ½ lbs.
Water 2 ½ cups

Butter 1 tablespoon
Cilantro 2 tablespoon
Finely shredded coconut (unsweetened) 2 tablespoon
Brown sugar 2 tablespoon
Steps to follow for making the soup:
Take a pot first. Heat it over a medium-low flame.
Now you have to add olive oil to the pan. Then start adding red pepper, onion, and salt. Stir the onion and red pepper occasionally. Cook it for about 8-10 minutes or until they become tender.
