Important Tips for Making Lip-smacking Dragon Chicken:
Marinate your chicken strips well in sauces. Don’t forget to cover it up and keep it inside the fridge for at least 30 minutes or so. The longer you marinate the chicken pieces, the better it will taste.
You need to deep fry the chicken strips. So, heat the oil. Once your oil gets hot, add the chicken strips and reduce the flame. This is because if your flame is on the higher side, then the outer part of the chicken strips would become brown instantly while the inner part would remain raw. Fry those strips until they become golden and crisp.
Don’t add chicken strips all at once. Fry them in batches.
Your chicken strips might taste rubbery or chewy if you over fry them.
You can easily adjust the sauces and the level of spices according to your taste.
