I personally do not prefer overall coconut in drinks, in dishes or in any other form, but on the contrary, I felt this one too delicious. INGREDIENTS
• Take 2 cups ice cubes, or as needed
• 2 cups pineapple juice
• ½ cup fresh lime juice
• ½ cup unsweetened coconut cream
• 1 lime, cut into 8 wedges
INSTRUCTIONS
• Wash the pitcher gently with water. Fill the pitcher with ice.
• Now, just pour pineapple juice, lime juice, and coconut cream over ice.
• Cover the pitcher with a tight lid and shake the mixture strenuously.
• Strain the same mixture into martini glasses.
• Finally, garnish it with lime wedges and serve well.
