Chopped cabbage 2 cups
Sliced cauliflower 1 ½ cups
Snap peas 12 pieces
Sliced carrot (crosswise) 1 piece
Sliced green bell pepper 1 piece
Sliced red bell pepper 1 piece
Sliced yellow onions 1 piece
Black pepper and salt to taste
Chicken broth ½ cup
Cornstarch 2 teaspoons
Cooking oil 3 tablespoons
Oyster sauce 3 tablespoons
Water 3 tablespoons

Instructions you need to follow:

Firstly, you need to heat oil in a pan. Now sauté chicken until it turns light brown. It’s time to add onion and oyster sauce. Stir-fry everything until the onions soften.


Now add bell peppers, carrot, snap peas, cabbage, and cauliflower. Stir-fry them for about 3-4 minutes.


Heat another pan and pour the chicken broth into it. Stir it and allow it to boil.


Mix cornstarch with water. Now pour it into the pan and stir it gently until the sauce gets thickened.


Now it’s time to season with black pepper and salt.
