Ingredients required for preparing this recipe are: (SERVING-4)

• 8 multi-grain bread
• 1/2 cup cream cheese
• salt As required
• 4 tablespoon butter
• 2 onion
• 4 egg
• 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
• 4 pinch oregano
• 1/2 cup spring onions
• 4 handful lettuce loose-leaf
Now, let’s get into the steps of making egg salad sandwich.

Step-1 Prepare the egg salad

To make an amazing, healthy and delicious recipe, you need to boil all the 4 eggs and peel once it’s done. Then, chop the egg into small pieces and transfer it in a bowl. After it, add some cream cheese, oregano, chilli flakes and salt in a bowl. Now, mix all these ingredients properly with a spoon. Take a slice of bread and then spread the mixture on it.

Step 2 Add egg salad in the bread

Now, take an onion and peel it into thin slices. For a healthy meal you can take either multi-grain bread or a brown bread. Apply a little butter on the bread and shred the lettuce and other toppings with your hands and at last add the egg filling in it. Then, on the top of it add the sliced onions over this egg salad. And cover with the other slice of bread.
Repeat the same process to make more sandwiches.

Step-3 Pan fry the Egg Salad Sandwich

Now, take a frying-pan and heat it on medium flame. Once it’s heated then place the sandwich on the pan and apply little butter around its edges. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side and then remove. Transfer the sandwich to a serving plate and try it out with different sauces of your choice.
