Regardless of your location, caste, tribe, race, religion, culture and gender eggs are an all-time favourite of most, and why not it be. It has a beautiful flavour that appeals to everyone. The egg has been in our diet for centuries as we go through our history, geography or else it has its existence in each term. People do prefer eggs of different kinds like for an instance Edible eggs, Chicken Eggs, Duck Eggs, turkey Eggs, Goose Eggs, Caviar, Ostrich and as many. Varieties of eggs are out there. Nature is so brilliant.
We can add eggs into our diets in many ways. Some of the ways you genius readers would be already knowing and some of them I’ll love to narrate to you.
Let’s first get into its virtuosity. Firstly, it helps in maintaining our eyesight strong. Secondly, it has enough proteins and also it is not poor for the heart. Thirdly, it is very delicious. Fourthly, we can make varieties of recipes with it.
So today I’m going to introduce one of the meritorious recipes called buttery eggs. It sounds delicious right. Yes, it is. Now we will come to the ingredients.

Ingredients:

• Eight boiled eggs
• Black paper grounded
• Black salt
• Two medium-size butter cubes
• Finely chopped two tomatoes
• Finely chopped two onions
• Finely chopped one big capsicum
• Finely chopped one red bell pepper
• Finely chopped yellow bell pepper
• Finely chopped two green chillies.

Process:

• Now what we have to do is cut all the eggs in half and keep them aside.
• Now take the flat pan and heat it. After it gets heated put both butter cubes on it and let it melt.
• After it gets melted to add the chopped chillies, onions and tomatoes, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and capsicum into it and let it be semi-cooked into the butter. Now turn off the flame and keep the pan aside.
• Now keep the eggs on a plate showing its cut part in front and gradually start pouring the buttery stuff we have prepared onto the eggs gently.
• After you added these buttery veggies onto eggs add black salt upon the eggs and serve it. It’s amazing and delicious.
• You can garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves as well if you love to.
It tastes very delicious healthy also.

Important things to be noted:

• Eggs must not be much boiled lest they will start cracking.
• Don’t add too much black salt into it lest the taste could be spoiled.
• You can add more veggies if you want to.
• You can add sauce also.
• I haven’t seen people adding ghee to eggs but if you want to you can. It’s your choice.
• Do not eat too many eggs it has lots of cholesterol in it which can cause obesity.
• If you are a butter lover you can add a lot of butter but it will not be good to have an extended amount of butter for your health.
• Eating too many eggs regularly can cause bloating, stomach-related and vomiting issues.
• It can negatively affect your kidneys also because it is rich in protein.
• If you are allergic to eggs then please do not add egg into your diet dear folks.
